My Healthy Living Update

Hello everyone!  Today is April 20 (Happy Patriot’s Day to New Endland!) and I wanted to give my health check-up.  Last Monday I weighed in at 179.8 and today I hit 178.6, just below my goal of losing 1 pound of fat each week!!   I had a couple hiccups last week, but really stayed committed to eating clean 80% of the time.  And it showed at weigh in. 

On today’s menu:

Breakfast

1 cup of plain oatmeal
1 pack of raisins
2 small boiled eggs
8 oz Earl Grey tea

Snack

3/4 cup Almonds 

  

Lunch  1 cup Pasta
6 turkey meatballs
1/2 cup 3 cheese marinara

Snack

1/2 cup almonds
1 medium banana

Dinner

2 chicken drums
1 cup green beans

Beverages

6-8 glasses of water

Gang, I am here to tell you that anyone can do this!  It has been a long time since I weighed 178 pounds and I feel great!  Make up your mind and change your life forever!!
