I think we undervalue the power of the human mind. This article refers to tricking the brain, but i think the term “trick” is not accurate. The better word is “train!” You can train your brain and change your thinking and DIRECTLY affect your mood, life and/or future. All change begins in the mind when a person decides change is mandatory. I plan to write a post about auto-suggestion in the near future, but until then keep your thoughts moving in the direction of success with this article.

One needs a lot of trickeries to overpower the brain. The brain is a slippery customer that like an astute boxer knows how to duck and weave when people try to outbox it and then while they loose focus knocks them down with a soporific counterpunch to the chin.
Yeah, that’s kind of the reason I did not like the word “trick,” but understand they were trying to create buzz for their article. There is no tricking the mind!
yes i am totally agree with you where we want to move our thought brain start to think in that direction.
Thank you for your thoughts!!
#brainstate technology and #access are two nrg/brain trainers i’ve used in past. It can be done. 😃
I too, hate the word “trick” when it comes to our minds. I like the part in the article about trying to think positively instead of negatively, even if it can seem difficult.
