Find Yourself A Goal Buddy!

My goal buddy is my wife.  I bounce ideas off of her constantly to test their merit and get feedback.  Conversely, when she is about to begin a new endeavor, I am there for her.  As in all things in our life we make sure we have each other’s backs, no matter what.  She is about to begin the 21 Day Fix and I will be right there with her the entire journey.  I will be making posts about our progress to keep everyone informed as to our opinion of the program and its effectiveness.

Having a “buddy” is essential to success as he/she provides support, encouragement, motivation, etc.  If you do not have one I strongly advise you to begin the process of finding a buddy sooner than later.  Here are some tips:

  1. I have been thinking of doing the 21-day fix. I’ll be interested to hear how you both do with it. My husband is my goal buddy, but he’s also my co-saboteur. We rise and fall as one. 🙂

    1. At times Evelina and I are the same. I told her today that I needed to stay very close to my clean eating regimen and she said okay. Then made homemade apple cinnamon crisps!!

  2. I concur, finding the right goal buddy is important. I am a dancer and I have a dream to be in a local DWTS event someday for a fund raiser.

    1. Thank you so much Angie Mc!! And isn’t it nice to be a team as husband and wife? I know lots of couples that work against each other! We are fortunate!

    1. Raw, seems like common sense, but you would be amazed at the numerous emails I receive talking about how hard it is alone! Thanks for reading!
