Use Your Time Wisely

What if time in the day was like money and you had to budget well enough to not run out?  How would you do?  Do you spend lots of time watching television or procrastinating?  Making better use of time can help you be more productive, healthier, wiser and less stressed.  That is if you take measures to value time the same as other resources in your life!

  1. The greatest power we, humans possess, is where we place our attention.

    The biggest scoreboard.

Time spent dissociating ( living in the past or future worry or

Time spent empty of thought in this present moment
The mind needs to be empty of thought and focused to experience happiness.

    Very true

  2. This is a great post. Reminds me of the movie “In Time.” Time is the most valuable and precious commodity because you can NEVER buy more of it. We all need to learn to value it and use it wisely.

  3. Very true message. I’m definitely one for wasting time. Yet I can be productive. All I need to do is decide to do something other than cat-nap and watch “home fix-it” programs.
Thank you for posting this. Anything that gets me to realize something about myself (again) and think about it — that’s a good thing!

    1. Marcus…that TV is a killer! lol When I read the stat that of 70 years of living the avg American will watch TV for 15 of the 70 I was mortified. I did away with TV over a year ago and am much more productive now.

      1. You simply have to become resolute in your thinking and have your life organized and in control enough to turn it off and do something productive. For me the computer is my job, but there are time that I simply put it down and go for a walk.
