To Juice or Not To Juice?

I am a fan of juicing, but only when the entire plant and fruit is used.  That is why I recommend the Nutribullet and here’s some good info (I am not paid for this endorsement, btw.):

    1. The Nutribullet is a complete grinder. What I mean is you put everything in the blender, peel and all and it finely grinds all the nutrients into a juice. It is powerfully packed with vitamins and nutrients!

  1. I have the parent product, the Magic bullet. Its pretty amazing too. 🙂 I totally agree with the no wastage part. Nature made it so for a reason .

    1. I stay with the sweeter less bitter greens, usually spinach. I then add half banana, a few strawberries, some flax seed and a little apple. I like fruit because it adds sweetness.

      1. I’m going to have to try that one soon – sounds delicious. My go to healthy juice is kale, cucumber, celery, apple, and lemon. I also throw ginger in there occasionally. Juice on, my friend!
