How stressed are you? Do you use writing to relax? I use sports usually but since my accident, I am limited and find it hard to be relaxed again. Thanks for the article.
YES! Exercise and free form movement/dance is my greatest stress relievers/therapies.
It is amazing how much stress is relieved for me by walking around the block. Simple things can make a big difference!
I’m always telling people that’s all they need for themselves (and their dogs – I’m big on walking your dog(s) Even if one is out of shape just walking down to the end of the street and back…it all starts with a couple steps! 🙂 Hope your having a great morning! Need to get off of here and practice what I preach LOL!
