I am going to be taking the day off from my blog; my first day off in almost 4 months!!

  1. I’ve heard of all of these. My favourite: making the bed. I still remember hearing both my mom and my grandma telling me to “always make your bed every day, it just feels better”. And indeed it does. It sets the tone for the day and I find I do the other good habits better and more frequently when I start with that.
