I Am Not a Mountain Climber

I want you to ask yourself a question: Why do I think I am not good enough?  Why do I not give myself enough credit?

There was a time that I would never have thought I would be writing.  When I decided to start my blog I did extensive research on how to blog, how to write and how to produce quality content.  I had to educate myself in order to do the best job possible.

If I had decided that because I had never written before meant that I would not be able to write a blog, I would have missed out on something that has changed my life!  Do you recall our talks about being open-minded?  When you are open-minded you are able to recognize and take advantage of new and exciting opportunities: like writing!

One afternoon a young Edmund Hillary looked at a mountain and decided he wanted to climb.  He had no experience, but did not allow that to hold him back.  If he had allowed his inexperience to keep him from dreaming he would have missed out on reaching the summit of Mt. Everest with Tenzing Norgay!  The journey was not for humankind, but for themselves.

Remain open-minded and prepare yourself to take advantage of opportunities.  Just because you don’t know how, doesn’t mean you cannot!

    1. MissMonsoon, you caught me online so I thought I would say hi! When I first started I thought the writing thing would be relatively simple, after all, how hard could it be! lol But like you I found that there is much more to the process than appears from the outside looking in! Anyway, I hope you have a great day and thank you so much for the kind words. I will keep doing my best! Cheers!
