Disappointment is a part of life.  Blogging has opened my eyes to the fact that some people live their lives in a constant state of disappointment!   By this I mean some hold on to disappointments in life for long periods of time instead of letting go.

  1. Isn’t it Martin Seligman who says that happy people see negative events as temporary? If a person believes bad things **always** happen, then one is bound to live in a perpetual state of disappointment and sometimes anger.
