I always planned on running again. Life had a different idea. Doesn’t mean that maybe some day I can’t run again,but not in the near future for sure.
I am in the same boat which is why I choose to walk each day. They are only short walks, 5-10 minutes, but I do commit to them each day.
My son likes t make me walk and parks far away and that way I get at least a few minutes of walking in and curbs. Curbs are hard for me with my knees. I am always afraid I will topple off of them.
I can only walk…I wet meself even running for the bus :p
