Today I have challenged you to stop being an “almost-volunteer.” The intent of helping does not replace the action of helping and I believe giving of yourself is critical to finding fulfillment in life. Being philanthropic means to love humanity, which can be exercised by anyone, at any time, in any place on Earth.
I hope today’s discussion has brought about change in one person that will go out and make a difference in another’s life. Will you be that one?
I don’t know if they will choose me, but I just volunteered with an online Bipolar Disorder Blogging site.
That is awesome Tessa! I hope they allow you to contribute and help people! That is a very noble cause.
Thank you. I had to send examples of my writing. I sent 3 bipolar posts I did.
When will you hear back from them?
I don’t know since I actually volunteered quite a while ago and she apologized for the delay. Hopefully they got things under control now and I will hear something soon.
