IMG_7131Our conversation today has focused on living a healthier lifestyle.  My 3 tips are: walk 5 minutes per day, eat more veggies and monitor the types of calories you eat.  This is how I have lost 20+ pounds and maintained a healthier lifestyle.

  1. My best health tip is keeping a food journal. I’ve been doing it for 6 years, and it really makes you stop and think about what you are putting in your mouth. I also do the 80/20 rule. Life is too short to not enjoy tasty food.

      1. We have to focus on what we eat. When I eat veggies, fruits and lean proteins, my body burns fat. When I drink soda and eat bad foods my body adds weight quickly! lol
