7 Ways to Turn Negative Emotions Into Your Greatest Advantage

imagesMost of the articles I am finding on the topic of emotion as a catalyst for positive change list things that I do not consider to be actual emotions: happiness, sadness, fear and anger.  Some resources have surprise and disgust listed as emotions but I have both as extensions of fer and anger.

With that said I am giving the writer some creative license and not holding to the exactness of the use of the word “emotion” to mean only the 4 listed above.  It is a great article nonetheless:

  1. I have found my anger to be positive in two ways one way, when I was really suicidal my friend used my anger to try and get me out of my depression and more often than not it worked.

    The second time was for starting my blog and my stubborness is what is keeping it going
