If I have learned anything about health in the last 9 months it is that being fit or losing fat is always about what you put in your body. I know people that complain about not being able to lose weight and come to find out practice starving themselves, eat lots of processed foods, drink lots of sugary drinks, rarely eat veggies or drink water.
If you want to get in better shape, which I believe we all do, then start eating better quality foods. It is that simple and if you do not acknowledge this fact you will never succeed in regards to your health.
