This article really spoke to me and reminded me of my past self. I was a notorious planner and talker, but not a notorious doer. I would talk a great game and in the end deserted one idea after another. The only saving grace was my persistence. It wasn’t until I realized that becoming a person of action was a habit that could be developed by finding small things to commit to doing.
For me it was making the bed every morning. I joke that making the bed every morning changed my life and created this blog! Which is in some ways the truth.
