  1. I was in a yoga class while I lived in another stat and found that it really did make a change in how I felt. I javen’t found a class here. 🙁 I struggle with meditation. I clear my mind so well that I fall asleep very quickly. I am going to keep trying.

      1. It takes practice because there is always stuff flying around. What I do is accept that yes I am trying to meditate and suddenly remember that I have to add butter to the grocery list, quit kicking myself for it and brush that thought away. It helps to concentrate on your breathing. I couldn’t explain why but it does. I suppose becasue you are giving your mind something a focus point and that lbocks other thoughts from bleeding in.
