I find myself having these issues as well. I give everyone (including my children) great advice on handling motivation and for some reason I’M the one who ends up “slumping” unfortunately. Still trying to figure that one out haha….
That can easily happen to those that carry burdens for others. I call it Caretakers Syndrome. You lose a part of your identity as a mom sometimes.
