For many years I thought it was okay to procrastinate and didn’t put much stock in how much of an impact it had on my life.  But then my eyes were opened and I realized my procrastination impacted every aspect of my life.  The reason?  I had a general attitude of indifference and complacency!  Procrastination was a manifestation of a lazy and destructive mindset.

  1. You have a point from a long time procrastinator. I have so much to work on and can only do one or two things at as time. Nutrition comes before procrastination.

  2. I hate to admit it, but I’ve become a procrastinator. I STILL haven’t written my 2016 goal post that I have been dying to do. I’m going to definitely get back in the game. I don’t know how I lost my funk!

    1. It happens. I am also a reformed procrastinator and find myself falling back into tendencies. When I do I find one thing that I can do immediately. For me the trigger is immediate action, doesn’t matter how small the task.
