  1. Currently, not working.. I have way too much time on my hands…to think, to fret, to stress, pull my hair out… thanks to my new found blogger community at word press etc.. I am bringing in a bit of an income from suggestions… “the universe provides!”…and If it was not for the ongoing journal, pen to paper over my morning coffee and continuing to notice things around me or the random thought that suddenly sprouts i would be bouncing off the walls. thus when I saw the question I chuckled… Sorry.. :(. Actually thanks to Happify.com on my tablet I try to meditate (just a beginner) a few minutes each day to remain focused and in the now. Aren’t you glad you asked?? GRIN

      1. If only it were that easy. My mind is full of racing thoughts due to my bipolar and I can’t shut it up. In order to due relaxation techniques I have to chant to myself relax, relax, relax or breathe.

  2. I do it 24 hours each day all through the year. A few yeas ago I realized that problems comes from people so while I’m still very friendly and available I tend to keep myself to myself. I’m very lucky that I can do it. Besides I’ve developed relaxation and refreshing into an art form. As for meditating if you mean sitting cross legged watching one’s navel, no it’s not for me.

  3. I agree with above dray0308. It comes in many forms. I either take a long hike in the woods and listen to my guides there or listen to music and do the same thing.

  4. Daily. It’s literally a part of my life’s practice. Sometimes meditating ranges from aligning chakras, being still and listening and writing. I define meditation loosely.

    1. I am beginning the same habit. This morning I was up and at it at 5:30am. Got a good 5 minute meditation session in to begin my day at the newspaper and off I went to tackle the day. I can see this changing my spirit in a great way.
