  1. As a matter of fact most conditions are worse in the morning because of lack of movement and circulation during the night. Usually moving gently about improve them. Of course I’ve never had fibromyalgia but for experience I know that gentle movement helps. I practice Tai chi and Qigong and I found that it improves such types of conditions better than any other form of exercise because they are very gentle great for breathing and similar to walking which is the king of exercises.
