    1. I think some people have missed the point behind this question. As you have put forth, being a winner has to do with how one views themselves not accomplishments. It is a state of self-esteem.

      1. Looking at what I have in my life I can only see myself as a winner. Of course there are still things to dream about and to work towards too, but I believe it’s important to notice the good things in your life.

  1. I win! I win when I lose because I learn something new! I lose sometimes, that puts me down, but I know I shouldn’t stop trying! Cuz I’ll win one day, for the world to see!

  2. A year ago i would have said ‘Not anymore’ because my value was so wrapped up in being a mother and my day to day job of mothering was not necessary anymore. But I’ve worked really hard to regain my identity. So today I can sit here and tell you that yes I am a winner…and I refuse to go back to believing anything less.

    1. I love that! I am so happy you realized being a winner is an attitude about yourself and doesn’t rely on anything external. AND you can develop or regain your winner’s attitude! πŸ™‚

  3. I do! I survived childhood physical and sexual abuse, chronic alcoholism, chronic depression, and now write a blog, telling my stories or feelings, often through poetry (which I never wrote before this blog).
