    I may treat myself to a little piece of chocolate but quite some time ago I found out that for me knitting works much better – and has less sugar and calories on top of it 😉

  2. Now that I am a vegan, it has supposed to have changed but there are times I think “It’ll be ok” and it is not. My becoming a vegan is because my body won’t tolerate things any more. Oddly enough my old comfort food brings me discomfort. Still have to find a new one

  3. Well, it depends. If by not feeling well you mean physically then it would most likely be a soup or a rice dish. If you mean mentally then it’s chocolate. Chocolate and carbs. They’ll help… 😉
