  1. The major step right now is getting exercise in each day, even if it’s only 15 minutes. I’m working on a morning routine that sets me up for success and so far it’s going well, and when I complete it, I feel much more motivated throughout the rest of the day. Part of this routine is exercising! It helps immensely to start the day off right!
