  1. Wow. The timeliness of this post is uncanny. I just wrote about goals, and I definitely believe having a clearly defined goal is the first step to get anywhere!

  2. The major step right now is getting exercise in each day, even if it’s only 15 minutes. I’m working on a morning routine that sets me up for success and so far it’s going well, and when I complete it, I feel much more motivated throughout the rest of the day. Part of this routine is exercising! It helps immensely to start the day off right!

  3. I’m quite fit as I’m. Besides fitness and health are not necessarily the same thing. I’m more interested in health than fitness. Fitness is an obsession of our age.
