  1. Better than I was 6 months ago. Feeling stronger and more positive about the future and life without anti-depressants. But today, I am so tired and demotivated and just meh. But it’s not a bad day 🙂

  2. This can be a loaded question for me because I do deal with some mental health issues. And right now while I deal with physical health issues, working on a blog project to promote awareness of mental health issues here in Canada, and feeling stress from all that’s going on in the world, I think I can actually say I am more mentally strong than I have ever been in my life! Thanks for asking 🙂

  3. Compared to a year ago, maybe even just a month ago….. I’ve made a complete 360. I tire myself out just by overthinking, worrying about problems that aren’t mines to carry, and always thinking too ahead. Ive gotten back to journaling and each night I always remind myself “Try to go thru tomorrow without complaining.” Been a little over a week without complaining and it made a difference. Less stress, days go by faster, and I’m easier to get out of bed in the morning 🙂

    1. I had become a complainer too. Then a few years ago i started hearing myself complain for the first time; meaning I recognized it. From that point on I made myself pause before responding and slowly I have changed my mindset to be less of a complainer. It has changed my outlook tremendously.

      1. I seen a post on Instagram about Don’t complain for a day, see how your life will change.
Tried it for a day, then a second day. I, too realized that I complained a lot even for the smallest of things. I stressed about everything. When I catch myself about to complain, I remind myself “remember today, we’re gonna try not to complain”. Work in progress, but good so far 😀 it’s amazing how we recognized that we are the problem before blaming others 👍🏻

  4. Living with complex PTSD, where my days are a struggle, I’ve learned to recognize, be grateful and breathe into those perfect moments I recognize each day. Im sure that sounds sappy, but its true.

  5. I feel like my 40’s are going to be my best decade yet!! I had a extended childhood and only bothered growing up around the time I turned 30 and had my son. As a result, I am just now getting the hang of balancing work and home life. I have improved my time management and developed self-discipline and am looking forward to the increased productivity that will surely follow. My self-confidence and peace of mind are soaring as I plan on resurrecting old plans and venturing into new dreams!!
