  1. Patience is one of the hardest virtue to sustain…

And Danny.. you don’t seem like you need to lose any weight..
but then.. we tend to deal with changes to our body and look consciously..
    we hate the changes..
And it’s all about self esteem..

How you have the willpower to get it done..
Thanks again for one of your inspirational vblog..

  2. Interesting that this comes to my mailbox just a few minutes after I read in my horoscope & wrote done “Organization & Intention.” I have my 2nd novel started (because it was going to be part of the 1st novel), but have not been working on it. Sure, I can find all kinds of excuses why, but I had even more excuses when working on the 1st novel.
So, I need to set an intention of working on it & finishing it. One thing I’m lacking is organization & maybe self-control (Lol). Overtime I get on the internet, I find myself on there much longer than I intended. One link leads me to another, that one to another and on and on.
Anyway, I look forward to learning more from you.
Peace, love & intentions for all,
    Sherrie
Sherrie Miranda’s historically based, coming of age, Adventure novel “Secrets & Lies in El Salvador” is about an American girl in war-torn El Salvador:
