So, let me ask you a question…

How would you sum up your week?

  1. It was pretty decent; nothing major. I just wish it would warm up and stop raining. I cannot remember a time when I needed to turn on the heat in May. The teenager met a boy and I am concerned. I don’t think that young fella knows what he’s getting into.

  2. Too much pain this week. Too many pain pills taking away my words. Ruining my weekend plans of travel. Just too much bladder pain. I was able to get my new PC set up, so that is my positive for the week.

  3. Pretty busy, what with a several day carpentry project and then having to make a bear feel unwelcome – same bear as the week before, or a different one, IDK. We weren’t formally introduced.

      • I talked outloud the entire time! There is a car. Keep your foot on the break. The light is now green. You can go forward. I made up a song and was singing it to make sure I stayed focused and had no idea I had accidentally put my voice recognitio non in my car. So my daughter got a nice recording of my singing reminders how to drive!!!!!! It was only 5 minutes away but it felt like freedom!

      • WELLLL lets just say it was a learning experience. Thankfully I have a wonderful husband who was able to dedicate 3 days to muscle massages and taking care of everything around the house because I couldn’t move at all. Not one little bit. BUT I did it and I experienced it and it was SOOO worth it!!!!

  4. Not so good. weather cold and incessant rain and I got sick. However there was a bonus. As I was too sick to ride I got to see my coach, an Olympian , ride my horse. That was wonderful. I’ll be posting about it tomorrow.

  6. You sure do ask a lot of questions these days! 😀 How would I sum up my week? Tired … these nights of working ’til 4:00 a.m., then back up at 7 or 8 are a bit much for one of my age. Sad … a dear friend’s granddaughter died this week, and even though we have expected it for a few weeks, it was a gut-punch. Happy … my “significant other” and I have made a pact to be nicer to each other, and that is, knock on wood, working well so far. And tired … did I mention tired? 🙂

    • Yes u did. I’m tired too! A lot of the comments on here say ‘tired’ and I’m glad I’m not the only one going through a tough busy exhausting week! Month* rather.
Am I mean? Should I not be glad? Eh. Misery loves company. So I guess not? Lol.
Ps, I hope the baby girl rests in peace đŸ˜Ļ
Pps, let’s hope the pact works. Those kinds of things Never worked for me beyond a month 😂
Damn. I typed too much 😂

    • Not to ignore everything you said, but the “nicer to each other” part struck me. Evelina (wife) and I have been discussing why we tend to come home and take out our frustrations on each other, especially in our tone. I am not sure why we do it.

  7. Exhausting.
3 college interviews, 4 entrance exams!
Back to back. To-and-fro from city to city 🙈
And I still have 2 weeks of this ordeal to go.. So I’m assuming I’ll be feeling equal to more exhausted in the coming days..
I just want to get this over with!
I just wanna sleep for a whole week straight. Ya feel?

  8. I felt the same for like last one year…Final year of school, exams after exams, and now I’m free that’s why I’m doing whatever comes to my mind… It’s okay. You’ll be fine too. And you’ll get paid for all your hard work too.

  9. It was mixed. On the plus side, I am feeling better and getting in better shape. On the minus side, my project in New Mexico that I really enjoyed is coming to an end this coming week. I would normally look forward to being home for a while, but it appears that my company is laying off consulting staff that are not staffed and, at 54, I really don’t want to have to look for work.
