  1. this is a hard question to answer. I have seen touching movies, funny movies, action, horror, ect. Each genre has at least one I think are my favorite for that genre. But if I pick a comedy as my very favorite, people may think I’m shallow. If I pick a touching one, they may think I am overly sensitive. This is not a win win question. I can easily tell you the movie that I thought was the worst ever for me personally.

  2. Danny, this may be one the hardest questions you have ever asked. LOL So many movies seen, and you ask me to pick just one as the best. So, here’s a test to apply; If I were still watching TV and was channel surfing, and stumbled across a certain movie tha i would have to stop and watch to the end, which would be the most likely? The first title that comes to mind is “The African Queen.” I’m not sure that either Kate or Bogie ever gave a better performance, and what a story..

      • One of the interesting things about the film was that David Lean had started his career as a film editor and when he was shooting Lawrence ( and other films) he would shoot already knowing how he was going to cut the film. When I was living in England I had two friends who had acted in the film and they said it was an amazing experience but the time filming in the dessert was long and difficult.

  3. The Godfather was the first adult book I ever read and the movie followed the book so well. I could also relate somewhat to the Italian culture (except for the criminal part). I’d have to go with that movie because of its early impact on me. It made me want to write.

  4. One of the best movies I’ve ever seen is Groundhog Day. It may be just a comedy, but it makes me think about learning to appreciate the present and about how to live each day like it was the last one ever.
