1. Tomato ketchup acts as a great household silver and sterling silver jewelry cleaner. because of the natural acids present in it.

Just take the silver accessory, place it in a small bowl of ketchup, roll it around a bit for 5-10 minutes, remove from the ketchup, and clean the crevices with a toothpick. Voila! Say goodbye to the tarnished silver.

2. Aluminum foil, dish detergent, and baking soda bring the sheen back to hard stones like diamonds or crystal rhinestones, and platinum jewelry.
