  2. My name is Velma. My blog site is fierce, fabulous, funny. I chose this as the name of my blog because I’m all of the above. I have been blogging since 2014. In 2011 my dad passed away. My entire life fell apart. In 2014 I was diagnosed with cancer. I have faced many challenges in my life and overcome them, however this journey I’ve been on since my dad passed away has brought me to my knees on many occasions. The good news is, I’m still standing!! My blog just tells my story. At times my story isn’t bright. However, I share with one goal in mind. To give others hope. My heart is in the right place always and that’s to add value to the lives of others even if it means sharing my ups and downs and if it’s gods will make a difference in the lives of those who read my story.

  4. In ancient Japan as in our days, there was a love of beautiful bowls. If one broke today we might get out the crazy glue and try to match everything perfectly so no one would ever know. At some point in ancient Japan, the Emperor broke one of his favorite bowls and he couldn’t bear to part with it so he asked his artisans to fix it… And someone did with gold. So instead of trying to pretend the cracks didn’t exist like we would do, they let the cracks and breaks shine believing the imperfections made the bowl even more beautiful. Follow me in my journey as I let my cracks show as my life begins anew as an amputee and as a spoonie with lots of interesting autoimmune diseases. http://thekintsukuroilife.wordpress.com/

  5. The Kintsukuroi Life (re blogged!)

In ancient Japan, when a beautiful bowl was broken they would have the bowl put back together and mended with gold believing it was that the imperfections made the bowl even more beautiful. Join me on my journey through life as a new amputee with some crazy autoimmune issues. I’m not going to hide, I’m going to let my cracks shine!

  9. I am Terrant at “My Corner on the Internet” I recently renovated and the dust is slowly settling. My lastest post is Oubliette: “Jester” (http://wp.me/p5qGzB-17D). Just a note, I am in the process of ramping up so this is a bit background heavy. Also, I am in the process of trying to relearn the process of creative writing. 🙂
