I didn’t set my alarm last night figuring I would naturally wake at my usual time, but I didn’t wake up until 7 am. I guess my body needed the extra couple hours of sleep. Now I feel like I am playing catch up.
I try to listen to my body and not get too bent out of shape. After all, if I needed the sleep, then so be it. I only have one house to live in so I better listen when it speaks!
