I’m not sure why, but I am feeling especially tired this morning. I spent all day Sunday resting in anticipation of a busy work week; doing nothing but watching golf and running an errand. When my alarm went off at 5:30 am there was zero chance of me getting up which never happens. I slept till almost 8:00. This tells me my body desperately needed the rest.
Like I have said before, when my body tells me to rest I do so and don’t feel bad about it in the least. Hopefully being rested will set the week up for me to be super successful!
