Let me ask you a question:

When was the last time you went on a date?  How’d it go?

  1. Oh, wow! Probably five or six years ago. And it was not a success. I met the person online. I know some people find true love that way. My nephew and soon to be niece-in-law met that way. My experience has been deadbeats, full of lies, embezzlers, and all around not worth the time. I have told God that if he chooses to bring someone in my life, I want to meet him face-to-face!

    • When was the last time before that? I wouldn’t even know where or how to meet people I could trust. Not in today’s world any how. It is not easy to discern worthiness.

  2. You gentlemen have learned the secrets to a good long marriage. Dating your wives and treating them like the first date is a key ingredient, of course the same is true for wives.

  3. I was once told – Remember to always date your mate. Now I’m not saying we always go on dates like we should. But we do try to get away for our little date nights. Anytime ours just the 2 of us is always great! We love it. We have 2 1/2 kids at home. 1/2 a kid. Lol he’s really my sisters but we help my mother raise him. Which is another story. Anyway he’s only 2 years old and our kids are teenagers. So our time alone is wonderful. Even if it’s just the 2 of us shopping for grocerys with out any of the kids.
