Happy to be Home!


We had a wonderful time  on holiday in London; visiting with our son, taking a tour of some very interesting “Iconic Abodes” and just being in the great city of London. Yes, there was a bomb on the Underground and luckily it did not explode with it’s full force. But we still travelled on the “Tube”.  I lived in London during the IRA campaign in the 1970’s  so I know that London is a mighty resilient city and we would not be put off Tube travel either. But it was nice to get home.

I went to the barn and Biasini was out in his paddock. We have had a sudden blast of hot and humid weather which has produced a hatching of flies so he has his fly sheet on. I called to him and he came over to the gate and seemed to be happy to see me…
