      1. It happens every winter, I get very low, where I can’t pull myself out of it. I do suffer from M.E. Osteoarthritis and a few other things so that does not help my mood. The winter drains me physically and mentally.

      2. Ahh, that does sound like seasonal affective disorder. My post discussing it in detail may be of help as I’ll be including coping methods. Have you considered light lamps? They’re lamps you use indoors and they emulate sunlight. The lack of light is one of the reasons SAD suffers feel so exhausted and down. I’ll be including the best ones to consider purchasing in my post too.

        For now perhaps you should reach out to your doctor/general practitioner. Also practice doing daily small actions that will give you comfort. Enjoy a film or a book with a cuppa and a blanket, take a early morning walk to catch that sunlight, or cook a nice hot meal. The sense of comfort and ease you’ll feel will really help expel some of that negativity. x
