  1. Not at all. I very rarely have breakfast. I enjoy a tall glass of milk in the morning, but that’s about it. I know a lot of people will insist that it is a very important meal that I shouldn’t skip, but my stomach won’t take food right after I wake up.

      1. I don’t really have a problem with that. I have more energy than I know what to do with. I only drink tea, maybe one coffee a week and water. But I’m a plant based eater and I choose foods based on their nutrients. It all evens out. I’m in perfect health. Well except for that eye thingy!

  2. I am a breakfast person. Not so much because I love breakfast food but if I skip it the morning does not go well. Oatmeal porridge, or granola, half grapefruit, orange juice, and tea ( black loose leaf tea English Breakfast blend) with milk.

  3. Nope. I start my day with a cup of coffee and glass of water. I like breakfast for lunch or dinner but not in the actual morning. I do like overnight oats if I have to eat something.
