It’s been a month or two since I became a Sponsored Athlete at Unchained Muscle, and I am so proud of myself.
I have been boxing around 3 years, and about 8 months with my trainer. I do all kinds of routines, and when I started with the 2 bags, did around 200, now I am doing over 1,000 punches each time.
I never set goals, and just keep improving each time, and have more strength, and stamina. I love that I feel this way, and can’t wait to see what the future holds for me.
My first video for some reason turned sideways, but the second one shows me having fun.
