This image I use in some of my posts was from 2014 when I weighed approximately 180 lbs. Since then I have yo-yoed between 185-193 and I can definitely feel the difference in my body. So Evelina and I are back on using Skinny Taste recipes and healthier snacks. The honest truth is I have been so lazy and have not exercised in over a year. It’s actually a bit embarrassing to admit it out loud.
Last night Evelina made a bow tie pasta lasagna with ground chicken and it was delicious. I’m excited about getting the weight off and getting stronger. Eating better combined with the Insanity program will work wonders for me; it’s just hard!
At any rate, I highly recommend any of the Skinny Taste books and most of the recipes are easy to find online. She has vegetarian, Vegan and meat-based options, all of which are delicious.
