Reflecting on 2017

While looking forward to 2018 I must recognize a few accomplishments of 2017.

1. Graduating severe to moderate:

I began counseling and intensive outpatient recovery in 2015. This year I graduated from severe to moderate! I will have to find a new counselor in 2018. I outsourced a new psychiatrist in January of 2017.

2. Purchasing a car:

I saved a year for a down payment and purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima in October. Largest purchase in 15 year’s!! 🤗

3. Traveling with others:

I travelled with my daughter for a soccer tournament two hour’s away. Two year’s ago this wouldn’t have been possible due to my depression and anxiety. This was a huge step out of my comfort zone.

4. Remained alcohol free:

I made it through without turning to alcohol to solve my problems.

5. Started my blog:
