The Open House


So, last night I watched a Netflix movie that shares the same name as this post (what a coincidence!).

It came out this year and if you are a long time or semi long time reader then you will be surprised that I’m not reviewing it in ten years (what’s with King Dylbag doing a current thing for once?).

The Open House is about a boy who’s dad dies and him and his mum are left in debt (that sounds really boring). Then they move to his auntie’s house which is up for sale while they get back on their feet. Then the movie will make you not want to have an open home ever.

I enjoyed the movie thoroughly until the last 20 minutes. I won’t spoil the movie for you in case you watch it but the ending made me cringe.
