  1. I don’t think so. When one is truly happy, that is, it’s a wonderful feeling. But there’s a big difference between happy and being content or being satisfied or being positive. Nobody is “happy” all the time. That’s impossible.

  2. All the words used by sofab I think are different. I am content most of the time, but being happy is fleeting. When I’m around family I’m always happy, but that’s not all the time. Most times I try to find the funny in situations, but not the “happy”. Feelings vary and that makes life interesting. A person happy all the time is probably an airhead😂

  3. I found happiness is not overrated when you experience it in its true form and then lose it. The finality of death magnifies the lost experience of happiness but also causes a hunger to grasp it once again or a unique sense of reaching for the unobtainable ,,,

  4. It depends on how you define happiness. If you are happy with your life the way it is, that is contentment and I think it’s the best kind of happiness. Being rich, popular or good looking may appear to be the epitome of happiness to those who don’t have those things, but the people that attain those things seem a lot less happy than I do in my boring, middle-class life.
