The Outsider by Stephen King.

Well, finally I got through this book (no fault of Mr King) and it was a good read, after I’ve read a few that just didn’t do it for me, this one was much more to my liking, it read more like Kingy was going back to the style we all know and love and by far the best of the detective style novels he’s turned his hand to, there are some gory parts but it wouldn’t be a King book without them now would it! This is a novel I would definitely recommend to any reader.

  1. I liked it too. As a “faithful reader” of King, I had been disappointed by his transition into Crime genre, but I agree that this latest read was more of the old King I know and love. Here’s to being on the edge of out seats! 🙂
