Let Me Ask You a Question – 9/8/18

When it comes to getting something done, do you tend to be the person who jumps into action and starts doing…or do you tend to plan out the work first then get to work?

    1. 🦋 I tend to agree. Some jobs are done so often the doing is the need. While a less regular or more demanding job needs some planning. I know people who spend so much time planning that the job is never done. 😜

  1. I used to be organized and planned everything. Now I’m more spontaneous because my life demands it. I try not to get stuck in a rut or routine. I’ve been there, done that. Now I realize how short life is of course and try to live for the moment, if that makes sense.

  2. I walk determinedly to the task and use the journey to weigh up the best starting point. Because it isn’t an opportunity unless you take it. Spontinaety has its benefits. But my managers head sometimes … if there is time; kicks in with a plan.

      1. I make a plan a plan and set goals pretty quick. But Im definitely a person that if there is an idea then lets do it. We can change direction as needed. So people will usually have to spell out to me…”this is just an idea to Think about” 😁

  3. I can do either. I like to have a plan but if everyone is sitting around talking the whole thing to death then I will jump in and try to light a fire under some part of the task to get it going.
