The gummys and I harvested the potatoes this morning.  Not a bad haul from the beds.  I test out cleaning and long term storage of them and see how I do there.  I’ll triple or quadruple up the number of plants for next season if everything goes well.

This variety are called German Butterball potatoes and I hope the cook and eat as well as they look.
