A favorite household chore?? Such a question! I like to garden but I don;t really call that a “household” chore. Come to think of it the word ‘chore’ is generally considered to describe something we do not want to do.
Hmm good question. I’m not sure I have one. I love to cook if that falls in the household chore category. However all the other stuff is not my favorite. Back in the day I hired a housekeeper. Lol. I have a bad case of OCD. One of my obsessions is having a clean toilet. At one point I was so compulsive I would clean it multiple times per day. I also was very compulsive about a clean kitchen and clean floors. I stopped my obsession by hiring a housekeeper. It helped eliminate my compulsion. Would I call those my favorite chores. No way lol. Just compulsive behavior. Great question.
Haha, I don’t have one but I understand my wife loves ironing 😂 Of course if you count mowing the lawn then I’ll have that 😀

I think lawn mowing counts as a chore.

People have a favorite? I’d rather not have to do any of them. 😃

For some reason I enjoy sweeping. I can go out and sweep the garage and I find it incredibly relaxing and satisfying.

If I had to pick something, I guess it’d be mowing. At least I get some alone time. 😃

It’s monotonous and I don’t have to think. And the sense of accomplishment is the best!

Ok, I get it. Like having a self-mowing mower. Set it and forget it. lol

I would consider gardening a household job. What is it about gardening that you enjoy so much?

Something to do with the quiet and time to reflect and also planting affirms my belief that I will be alive to see plants grow.
