It happened again. I got blisters on my pinky toes and wearing shoes became quite an issue. It started about a month ago where my shoes started rubbing and I knew it was going to be a problem.
I see a Podiatrist at least 5 times a year because I have had a hip replacement and also have servere scoliosis of my spine. They keep an eye on my nail and foot care and also make sure I am wearing the correct shoes.
😔
Some things we can do without.
Since my back surgeries last year, I can walk, dance even run a little but the arthritis is a stinker of a morning.

I can completely relate. I walk a lot so, I have to break in new shoes almost every three months. The grief from something so small… can be so great!
