  1. Look at the “What If?” Is it a problem I can solve, something I can fix? Then do that. If not, if it really is beyond my control, what, really, are the odds, and is there anything I can do to be prepared if it happens? If it is low probability and there’s nothing I can do to be prepared, let it go.

  2. Haha, I don’t really, I think it just eats away until my mind gets bored thinking about it, then moves onto something else. I think I might be lucky that it never really takes control, not sure. I once considered therapy but my wife, who is a therapist, said it would be unfair to put another human being through that much pain 😉

  3. One way I’ve learned to deal with anxiety is to decide. Decide what is worrying me, then decide how to handle it. Then I stick to my decision on how to solve the problem then leave it alone. No need to worry about it if I have decided on how to solve the issue
