Tucker (2)See this cute little guy right here? His name is Tucker. Heā€™s the reason I didnā€™t get my steps in this week. At least thatā€™s what I told myself when I first looked at my Fitbit report and realized I was way short of my goal for the weekā€¦.

He had a little surgery and he had to be with either my husband or me all the time to keep him from licking at his surgery sites. This did curtail my activity a little, but if I really wanted to, I still could have gotten my movement in for the week. The bottom line is, I had an excuse not to move so I didnā€™t.
